RECOVERY BUILT FOR HARD TRAINING.
A dedicated contrast therapy facility, built for people who train hard and can't afford downtime. Opening soon in Lurgan.
RECOVERY IS PART OF TRAINING.
Training breaks your body down. Recovery is where you adapt. Skip it and heavy legs the morning after become stalled progress, not from training too little, but recovering too slowly.
Contrast therapy is alternating between an ice bath and a hot jacuzzi, back to back, in the same session.
COLD
Shuts inflammation and swelling down.
HEAT
Brings blood flow and movement back.
Together, you leave feeling refreshed and ready for your next session, not just resting it off.
Built for runners, footballers, rugby and GAA players, cyclists, and anyone training hard more than once a week.
HOW A SESSION RUNS.
No mystery, no guesswork. Here's exactly what happens once you're through the door.
- 01
Arrive & check in
Get shown to the space and settled in, then it’s straight into it, solo or with your group.
- 02
Warm up
A few minutes of light mobility first, so you’re going into the cold settled, not cold-starting.
- 03
Cold
Full-body immersion in the ice bath, timed and controlled.
- 04
Heat
Straight into the jacuzzi. Blood flow floods back in, and the tension the cold clamped down starts to properly let go.
- 05
Repeat & recover
Another round if your body wants it, then a few minutes to settle before you head out, refreshed and ready for your next session.
